Loft Conversion — Aynho Close, Coventry

This full-width dormer loft conversion on Aynho Close is one of our favourite recent projects and it's easy to see why. What was previously a cold, underused roof space is now a stunning principal bedroom suite that feels like it belongs in a completely different house. The full-width dormer design maximises every inch of headroom and floor space, while the large-span bifold windows flood the room with natural light and open out to a striking elevated view across the rooftops.

Every detail of this conversion was designed and built to the homeowner's exact specification. The bespoke staircase was crafted to fit the available footprint without eating into the landing below, no off-the-shelf solution would have worked here. A fully tiled en-suite bathroom was fitted within the eaves space, making clever use of an area that lesser builders would have simply boarded over. Bespoke fitted wardrobes complete the room, running the full length of one wall and making the most of the sloped ceiling profile. From the structural steelwork right through to the final coat of paint, this was a project delivered with real pride and the results speak for themselves.
