Every home we work on starts with the same question. How do you want to live?

As a design and build contractor based in Coventry, The Dankett Construction Company creates spaces that fit real lives, from full-width rear extensions and wraparound extensions to loft conversions, dormers and complete bungalow transformations. Each project below was built around the people who live in it, whether that meant a vast open-plan kitchen-diner, extra bedrooms with en-suites, a dedicated home office or a whole new first floor.

We manage every stage in-house, from foundations and structural work through to plastering, electrics and final finishes, so our clients deal with one trusted team from start to finish. Our work covers Coventry, Solihull, Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Rugby and the wider Warwickshire area. Take a look at what we’ve built, then get in touch to talk through your own extension, loft conversion or renovation.
